Positive: Great location as it’s was away from the hustle and bustle of the city in a very residential area but only 10 min to central and tramp is about a 5 min walk Good restaurant with roof top view Fully equipped kitchen Friendly staff 7 min walk to supermarkets , salon , pharmacy
Negative: It’s not mentioned as a service apartment so we were not aware. Cleaning of the room is done only once a week which was not pleasant however can request for towels to be replaced Only hand and shower gel is available , no other toiletries so ensure they are taken with you commode needs to be replaced as it had horrible stains

Positive: This cleverly designed room, made us feel as though the room was much bigger than it was. We especially enjoyed the kitchen facilities with a fridge and stove top. The location of this accommodation was a good 30min bike ride to the center, but we managed (we wouldn’t recommend this location if bike riding isn’t your thing). We were going to Dekmantel and this was a good location, close to the Bos, allowing for 30 min ride to and from the festival. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Proximity the airport was amazing.
Negative: Use of washing machines and dryers added to around 9€. The window in our room didn’t stay open.

Positive: The room size and facilities were good and I had a comfortable stay. The connection to city center was easy too.
Negative: The QR code and written brochure for the in-room dining mentioned that order your food online and collect it. It did not mention clearly from where to collect it. When I asked at the reception, the receptionist was rude in her behavior and was unwilling to understand the incomplete information on the brochure could be improved and if it was clearly mentioned that the restaurant is on the 6th floor then I would not have gone to the reception. The lift did not have any reference to which floor the restaurant was. It was only written on an ad in the reception area. When I mentioned that people who are checking in, are not going to read each and every ad in the lobby/reception area and if someone has checked in, the information should be in the online QR code link, she was not unwilling to take a simple feedback. Anyhow, while other receptionist were good in their behavior and helpful, this particular one was rude.
