Negative: The only criticism is the key/lock. Very difficult to open the door either from the outside or inside. Took a few attempts before realising had to pull the door in and then slowly let it out before turning the handle. Could have explained this in the instructions but really should just be replaced for a better lock

Positive: Nice, but very small apartment. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom with a washing machine. Central location. And the staff is helpful and easy to reach.
Negative: The neighbour upstairs in flat no.55 (right above Citykoti’s flat no 50) was playing loud music in the middle of the night at 1 am! I could not sleep the last night, went upstairs and knocked on the door, but the person didn’t open it and continued listening to loud music at least 35-40 more! I couldn’t find any Jour number. But is it possible that you can tell about the incident to the landlord? It’s forbidden to make any noises in the property after 22.00. And this person started playing music at 1 am, the night from Sunday to Monday (17-18/8). Earlier the same person played loud music 8 am on Saturday morning. Also very disturbing. In the apartment: the floor lamp’s main bulb didn’t work. Please, change it.
Summary: Great stay, but crazy neighbour distroyed the last night’s sleep.

Positive: Very easy to collect the keys, I felt like I was in a treasure hunt where I had "steps" to complete to get the keys. I am happy to have this system because it means I can check in anytime, without feeling guilty that someone is waiting for me to show up, and I think that can reduce the cost of my stay, if there is less staff on the payroll. The view and the appartment where amazing, including for the location! Nice bar right down the street, close to transport as well.
Negative: Two points could be improved: the shower curtain was a REAL curtain and was very smelly. I would replace it with a plastic shower curtain, made for showers - especially because the bathroom doesn't have a window. The drain could also be cleaned/draino-ed for the smell. Secondly, we rented a room for 3 adults, that included 1 bedroom + 1 couch in the livign room. The reason we chose this location, rather than another one was SPECIFICALLY because it stated that there was a separate room. You can imagine our shock when we arrived and the entire apartment was connected and there was no privacy. I would make sure to specify this because it has impacted our stay rather negatively.
