Positive: The apartment was spacious, clean, and in an excellent location. The building itself was very nice and very close to two metro stops. We were able to secure two parking spaces (for an additional fee), which made it even more convenient for us. The kitchen was sufficient and had everything we needed. I was a little worried since there weren't any pictures of the kitchen, but it was fine.
Negative: The hosts were not responsive and didn't even seem to read my messages. The faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken and they never fixed it, or came to look at it, or really even addressed it, in spite of me asking about it several times. We didn't have enough towels and when they finally responded to me about this, they just asked me if I looked in the closet for more towels (of course I looked in the closet, it's the first place you look!). I messaged them about both of these concerns the first night and they didn't respond. The next morning they just sent a canned message that said "we hope you enjoy your stay, please contact us with any concerns". When they finally did respond to my concerns (after additional prompting from me) they just said they would tell maintenance about the faucet (they never addressed it again for the rest of our 4 night stay). Also, there was a board with nails sticking out of it by the bed one of our kids slept in. We moved it right away, but this is a weird thing to find and an obvious safety hazard. Otherwise our stay was fine, but here are some things you may want to know: - the mattresses are very firm - there is only one desk in the apartment and it is in the room with two beds and has no lighting - the blinds do not block any light, and there are no blinds in the living/dining room (there used to be, but they were broken and shoved into one of the closets when we arrived) - the dining table is tiny, there are 6 chairs in the apartment, but it would be very difficult to have 6 people dine around that table - they will only give you one key/key fob, but you can still get in and out of the garage/elevators without it, you just won't be able to unlock the apartment door if someone else has the key - many of the outlets are connected to switches, but it takes a while to figure this out and you may accidentally turn off the outlet you are using to charge your phone so be sure to double check

Positive: The location was excellent--an easy walk to the metro. There were places to eat and shop within 5-15 min walk. The rooms were large, the beds comfortable. The facility was very clean and quiet.
Negative: The facility needed some maintenance. A bathroom faucet was completely detached from the counter, window treatment was missing, the mattresses didn't fit the bedframes correctly and we were unable to adjust the temperature in the apartment. Our communication with the host went unanswered.
Summary: We generally were happy, but would suggest some maintenance fixes and better communication.

Positive: I liked that almost everything was provided. There are trash bags, all types of soaps, towels, towelettes, kitchenwares, spices for cooking and many more. The location is very nice. It’s peaceful. There’s no outside noises. The unit in its entirety is very pleasant.
Negative: First is communication with the host. They replied like after over 1 week from the time I paid the parking reservation. It got me anxious because Im a previous victim of car theft while on a trip and I really wanted to secure the building parking garage. Second would be the air conditioning. It was not cooling on our second night. I didn’t communicate it anymore because we just noticed it at around midnight and we’re too tired to call somebody and wait for them to come and fix it. Good thing it’s still cold outside so we’re still able to sleep. Third would be the flooring. I dont think it was mopped clean. We forgot our indoor slippers and we dont wear shoes inside (coz we’re Asians). The floor feels like it has a lot of dust on it.
Summary: Great value for the money!

Positive: The decor was impressive. It is a little more aged than the pictures but I tell you I have been in hotels more than twice the price with more wear.

Positive: The property was clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable but no one liked the pillows (this is very subjective). The unit was well equipped. It had virtually everything you needed and everything was in great working condition. Cupboards and contents were well stocked and clean. There were no issues which is fantastic.
Negative: Coffee for at least one day would have been nice. None was provided. Floor mats for the bathrooms would have been helpful. The bathroom in the primary suite could use a grip bar/handle in the bath to avoid any slips.
Summary: Very nice apartment. I would stay again

Positive: Hosts were great and prompt with responses. Mattresses were very comfortable. Kitchen had all items in very good condition and everything we needed. Bathrooms were very clean. Location was quiet. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
Negative: Was sometimes difficult to find a big enough parking spot for our van in the parking garage.

Positive: The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were updated. We appreciated being able to do our laundry for free in the apartment before we moved on to the next part of our vacation. Great location to parking, metro/subway entrance and many great restaurants.
Negative: The parking garage was soooo big that we couldn't find our way out!

Positive: Great location close to all Washington has to offer. % minute drive into the Capitol, Whitehouse etc. The apartment is clean, and a great size, we really enjoyed our stay here. Car parking in the building is easy and you can go in and out as many times as you please.
