Summary: It really started out badly. The door card key was very finnicky. It was not intuitive and I needed help getting into the room (my neighbor said same). Once I got into the room, the tv wasnt working and needed to be reset. I reset it but it still didnt work. I was moved to another room. Then, I got breakfast delivered when I specifically said, no to. So, I paid for something I didnt want. The location is good and the room was comfortable.

Summary: Great location to all shops and restaurants. Arrived a bit earlier to see if there was early check-in but had a sign saying they’d be back in 20 mins. Called and did get ahold of someone and said we can check in at 2 and they’d call so that worked out as we walked around downtown (they said we could leave our car there). Coffee maker not working was a bummer but only a small inconvenience and we did have a bit of trouble with the room key (had to slide it a few times for it work. Room looked and felt clean and they provided a nice little breakfast baskets in the morning. All in all, a good stay and would consider them again when staying in Carmel.

Summary: This is not the place to go for several days. No dresser or place to keep possessions for two people. Very small room. Price was high.

Summary: I liked the quaint space and walakbility to major downtown parts this inn provides. I am not impressed by their breakfast and view outside the room windows. It can be improved

Summary: The staff is friendly and the room was clean. It is comfortable. But if you are looking for charm to match Carmel by the Sea, this is not the place. Also, when I arrived they had no record of my reservation. They said Hotels.com had not informed them. I had to show them a paper print out of the reservation.
