Summary: All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The food was extremely fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend the Clarion in Brandon.

Summary: We were a larger group- 8 adults, 4 children. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Beds very comfy. One room had issue with no lights in bathroom- fixed fairly promptly but then the same thing occurred the next day- again fixed fairly quickly! Our room had poor signal for the TV and lost signal quite often in the bedroom, the tv in the “living room space” was fine. Unfortunately, the pool had to close our last day there so the kids weren’t able to swim before checking out but otherwise, everyone enjoyed the pool area a the other day. staff were very friendly and helpful!!

Summary: Outside is very dated but inside was nice and clean. I travel a lot and never have I seen 2 security guards with vest in the swimming pool area intimidating the kids. They picked on the kids for everything non stop. I finally had to ask them not to talk to my kids anymore as the kids in the pool area were all frightened by the constant knit picking of the power hungry security guards. Will not be back!

Summary: Hot tub didn’t work the whole time which was a big bummer but otherwise the hotel was fine. Not great but fine.

Summary: I booked two suites, one for my daughter and one for her 87 year old grandmother whom my daughter was using her vacation time to visit. I made this very clear in the booking and asked for adjoining rooms. When I had received no response by the morning of the visit I called the hotel and again explained the situation. While they could not do adjoining rooms they could do side by side rooms which was fine. When my daughter and her 87 year old grandmother checked in they were given one key. In the room they discovered a room with a door and a fold out couch and assumed this was "two rooms" and settled in. The next day when they spoke with me I discovered they only had one suite. Already settled in they asked at the desk about a refund on the second room which they had not been given access to. They were told they would need to speak with a manager the next day as at the desk they didn't know how it worked. So my daughter spent a second night on the couch. The following day she called me from a noisy hallway with kids running up and down as her grandmother was asleep. This is when I understood that she still did not have access to the second fully paid for room and she went and got the second key. These rooms were booked together and a full explanation given. You cannot mistake an 87 year old woman checking in. They were shorted two full nights of a suite with my daughter on a couch and making phone calls from a noisy hallway. I have heard nothing from the hotel. Terrible service

Summary: The staff and service was accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and quiet. However the pool, hot tub, and area around the pool was poorly kept. The water did not look or feel clean, the washroom by the pool was odorous and there was a lot of debris on the deck around the pool. The rest of our stay was fine.
