Summary: If this was a recently renovated property, FAIL! Toilet kept running all night, AC/Heat was making strange noises, not nearly enough outlets to plug night stands and lights into. Overhead and floor lamp had compact fluorescent bulbs that were buzzing. It is 2026, how about LED bulbs! Wife thought the bed was comfortable. That's the only positive i can think of.

Summary: Room was good and looked remodeled, but no hot water for a shower. Key card didn’t work and we were the very last room down long hallway. We weren’t the only ones. All we got was a “sorry”.

Summary: Very sketchy lady when checking in. Room darkening blinds were full of holes. Used to be a decent hotel but not anymore. Won’t be back

Summary: The lady at the front desk was nice, but didn’t know how to check us in or charge for drinks from the lobby “market”. The rooms smelled musty and the first room they put us in had a broken toilet and phone. When I requested a new room, the lady at the front desk was on her cellphone the entire time talking about how she did not like working at this hotel.

Summary: My dog was welcomed but the dog walk area wasn't. All cement, no grass. Had to go next door to find grass. They advertised a pool but it's filled with debris.

Summary: There was no hot water in our room on the 2nd floor when we were trying to shower in the morning. When we inquired at the front desk we were told they were not aware of any problems and there was nothing they could do. There was another guest present who was complaining about no hot water on her room on the 1st floor. The hotel would not compensate either of us for the inconvenience. We were very upset because we had to go to another hotel to get a room so we could shower before we headed to our work meeting.
