Summary: This hotel clerk was new and didn’t know much. The breakfast area was not open nor could they sell drinks due to not renewing their liquor license. No coffee. no hot water in the shower and the pillows were so flat. No one to check us out. Actually the pictures posted on hotels.com were very false. I was very upset I would have stayed at another place if I knew it was this bad

Summary: No staff at front desk. Had to call and they came over from their other hotel next door Quality Inn. Pool closed. No breakfast put out next morning. Called and tyey said they would share the Quality Inn breakfast with me which when I checked was less than half what should be put out at the Clarion. No staff in building the whole night or morning.

Summary: Room was not clean. Additionally, the pool was out of order so we decided to stay somewhere else. Will no longer pre-pay for a hotel room again, as we couldn't get out money back. It was an expensive vacation.

Summary: Front desk staff was super nice. Property is a little run down and ALOT of riff raff. People in the lobby drinking, people outside front door drinking. Pool was down due to pump issues which is why we even syayed here in the first place.

Summary: Hotel hosts were kind and gracious. Room had a terrible paint job, bathtub was filthy. Food was left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. Mattress cover had dark brown stain. Toilet didn’t work when we arrived but they did fix it. Leather chair was previously damaged and duck taped. Pool was closed. No breakfast available.

Summary: When we got there, there was no one at the front desk. I had to call corporate customer service to get someone to show up. Then the first room had no AC. I had to call and get someone to show up at the front desk again to switch rooms. The second room hadn’t been cleaned. Back downstairs and finally an acceptable room about 45 minutes after we arrived
