Positive: I like that the front desk manager ❤️❤️❤️was 💯%amazingly nice she went overboard to make sure I was comfortable. I love the room and bed I got the best sleep that I've had in so long. My king suite was amazing and I will return to book again... The front manager made the hotel feel like a home instead of a room. Her service is one of the main reasons I'll be back she was excellent best I've ever had.
Negative: I loved everything I have no complaints honestly.

Negative: The room connected to our was full of loud women and I could literally hear everything they said at 2 IN THE MORNING. Nothing the hotel could do but it was annoying!!
