Summary: The pictures of the property showed the best of the property. But lacked the reality of some of the areas. The elevator was very rough and made lots of noise. The bathroom was completed outdated compared to the rest of the room. Some of the walls had damage and the continental breakfast offered poor quality items.

Summary: It was fine. We had a good time and the pool was a nice touch. Wasn’t too lower end or too fancy. We liked it.

Summary: Brought our dog. Was told the $35 fee was for the entire stay. Hotel charged another $35 for the 2nd day. We had to cut our stay from 4 to 2 nights. Still waiting for 3rd party to refund the other two nights.

Summary: I was there for an overnight stay. The room was adequate! Everything was clean, staff was friendly, parking available. I felt safe.

Summary: My stay was business related, the best hotel by far I had stayed at in Erie. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. Shower with good pressure, microwave and mini fridge in room. Cleaning services are per request and offer breakfast every morning. Staff are polite and considerate.

Summary: Staff were very friendly! Great price for a quick stop for a concert! There is a restaurant/bar next door but smoking was allowed inside so definitely not appetizing. Ice Machine’s broken on room floors and next floor down. Only first floor ice machine was working. Again great stop in for a quick stay and hot food (mostly carbs) for breakfast.
