Summary: Excellent communication with the host, easy check in an out process. The home is nice with full kitchen with all amenities, fit our group of 9 with 5 kids perfectly. The house could use a deep clean, we swept a few times and collected a lot of dog hair after arrival. Overall a great stay!

Summary: It was a perfect spot for us as we were there to float and fish the Clark Fork. Tons of room to park the boats and not even a mile to a fishing access with a trail to walk to the water with the kids. Plan on a return trip for sure!

Summary: The cabin is surrounded by trees and very quiet. The down stairs is open and roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee maker (regular), microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator/ freezer. The down stairs bathroom did not have hot water. The upstairs had three bedrooms. One had twin beds (2) and one had a full bed. The third had king bed. Up stair bathroom did have hot water. Negatives: No hot water down stairs. No screens on several windows or holes in them allowing bugs to enter. No closets to hang clothes. Not very clean. Lots of crumbs and stuff under cushions and floor. Some beds had dirty sheets. We were only there 4 days but I did contact owner to encourage them to address theses items.

Summary: The good: Very comfortable beds, plenty of linens, kitchen well stocked, great location to hot springs, host very communicative and helpful. No issues with solar or losing power, water was straight from tap and good. There was a TV, but we never used it so not sure about that. The heaters were very cozy and worked well. Not great: train is close and loud. It took three nights to be able to sleep through it. No washer/dryer. We took a walk hoping to be able to access the river, but it’s a very well posted “no trespassing” neighborhood, which was a bummer because the river is just right there. The plates were very greasy, literal clumps of grease on them when we got them out of cupboard. Since it’s required to do the dishes before we leave, this is probably more reflection on the people who stayed before us than the hosts.. (I’m not sure what the cleaning fee was for, because we have to clean the house before we leave- take out the trash, strip the beds, wash the dishes, etc. There is huge clumps of dust bunnies in dog hair under the beds, and nothing was really dusted, so I’m not quite sure what the cleaning fee goes to. Maybe laundry?) Overall it was a decent stay, great proximity to hot springs. Do take note of the Wi-Fi password though, because you’ll need that to get on WiFi so you can get the email with access code for the door, Which wasn’t sent until a couple hours before we were going to check in. There is no cell phone service at all in this area, so having the code a day before would have been helpful.

Summary: Overall had a great stay, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, convenient location. Private but set in road with other homes. Owner communicated promptly and check in very easy. Main floor toilet needs some repair as well as window screens, some missing, some broken.
