Positive: The food variety was excellent, lovely range of cooked dishes aswell as fresh salads, soup, desserts , breads and fresh fruit. Seaview balcony room was as expected. The room was small but did our job as we were hardly in it. Our room was serviced every day with fresh towels and sanitised. The main areas were kept clean and well maintained. We both booked the spa downstairs… stunning, Turkish bath and massage. We booked in four times in one week, it was so good. Private beach and pontoon for sunbathing was great a few steps from the hotel.
Negative: Staff uniform abit grubby, stained polo shirts, young staff didn’t really interact with us at all. The lift needed cleaned inside and out. Loud noise from adjoining hotels but calmed down around 11pm/midnight. Beach beds were ripped and wooden tables etc in disrepair. Maintainance needed in this area
Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed joyed our stay and have recommended it to our family.

Positive: Location - in my opinion, it might be the best location across all Marmaris. Far away from disturbing music, calm and beautiful place to enjoy holiday in its fullness. We truly enjoyed it. Accommodation - the rooms are spacious, clean, and well organized. Mattresses are quite comfortable. Food - every single day, you may try something else from the buffet menu. All meals were quite delicious and served in the cleanliness. Staff - all personnel were super attentive and friendly, with no complaints at all.
Negative: There is nothing to complain about, honestly.

Positive: Everything about the property was excellent. The staff, the food and the management were above and beyond excellent. I highly recommended this hotel it was perfect for myself and my wife.
Negative: Couldn’t find anything we didn’t like, sorry!

Positive: The spa was amazing! My favourite part, book your Turkish hammam and massgae package, you wont regret it. Also food was always gret with at least 2 diffent animal protein sources chicken, boef, lamb, fish and plenty of fruits. So, if you eat healthily like me, this is a buffet you could rely on!

Positive: Beach is excellent. Foods are tasty and enough choices for me actually. Breakfast may be improved.. rooms are modern and renovated which is not shown in photos of room in booking. Cost value is great for us. Reccomended Amazing view from restaurant. Amazing staff. We will come again.

Positive: A Wonderful Holiday Experience! First of all, a big thank you to all the hotel staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and our room was exceptionally clean. Special thanks to Mr. Alex at the reception. Although we had booked a room without a view, he kindly upgraded us to a partial sea view room at no extra cost, which we truly appreciated. The restaurant area has a direct sea view and offers a rich open buffet. On our second day, they served freshly carved chicken döner right there, which was both delicious and impressive. Honestly, I don’t understand the negative reviews about this hotel. What were people expecting? If you come with ultra-luxury hotel expectations, you might be disappointed. But among 3 or 4-star hotels, this one definitely meets (and even exceeds) expectations. We didn’t experience a single issue during our stay. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. Thanks again to everyone. Just one small suggestion: the beach area and the staff there could be given a bit more attention. Adding music and improving the organization could make it even better. Still, the beach itself was quite nice and enjoyable.

Negative: Everything else, rooms look nice but are very dirty and dull. Very loud everywhere, can hear everything from the rooms, we were blessed with hearing our above neighbours and their toilet visits every morning. Hotel states all inclusive but only has the bar in the restaurant so once you’re at the “private beach” you have to walk back and forth all day. Reception staff do not speak English, one spoke minimal, the other just pointed to us. Loungers on the beach are filthy, could be very well maintained but sadly not. As far as somewhere to sleep, it was ok for the price. Had we been there longer than 2 nights we would have been requesting a room change and deep clean.

Positive: Stunning hotel, the private beach with available sun loungers and cabanas was just what we wanted. The hotel is fresh and modern, the food is good but the view while you eat is exceptional. They have recently opened a spa on site which is a nice bonus.
Negative: The aircon wasn’t always strong in the room as you can’t leave it on while you are out.
