Enjoy the comfort and beauty of classic old Florida at this beautiful waterfront home. Moments away from white sand beaches and downtown, you are in an oasis of relaxation here at the Florida Classic.
Just on the skirts of the activity-packed Fort Walton Beach, an oasis of old Florida charm calls your name.
As you make your way past the thriving Jasmine that grows alongside the house, you are welcomed by a truly Southern porch. Through the front door, a large open living room and fully stocked kitchen are ready for you to cook for the family after a long day on the water.
Truly though, the best part of the living area is the view of the water behind the house.
Another large porch lines the back of the house with a dining table and seating for outdoor chilling and dining. Nothing beats the peaceful view while you sip your coffee or wine.
Why just eat outside?
Cool hammock chairs are hanging with your name on them to watch the sunset over the Bayou.
Bring your boat, and you can tie it up to the dock! Kayaks and paddleboards are included in your rental ( release of liability waiver required for your stay, just in case you decide to use them ).
About the bedrooms-
As you make your way down the hallway, bedroom one, on your right, had a queen bed and a twin loft bed above a desk with a chair.
After that, to your left, you will find the first full bathroom fitted with a shower/tub, sink, large vanity, and toilet.
The last room on the left is the second bedroom. This bedroom has a large desk/workspace and a comedy queen bed.
Across the hall from that bedroom, on the right, is the master suite. This large room has a television, a nice king-sized bed, and a full bathroom with a standing shower and a separate tub and toilet room.
This house can comfortably sleep seven people ( as long as you have three sets of two in the queen beds. )
Two full bathrooms both have double sinks for easy sharing.

Summary: The home was great and beautiful views. I worked remotely for a few days and the house had 3 different work areas, which was great. The only work issue I had was the internet. They offer 4g unsecured connection . The 5g secured connection was not made available, so i had to use my peraonal hotspot - not a major deal. There was a small communication issue and we couldnt get in contact with property manager and there was a maintenance issue. I recommend that alternate emergency contact info be provided, especially considering the age of home. Well stocked kitchen. Home is older, but it was clean and well maintained.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property! It had everything that anyone could ever need! The website should post a pic of the morning sunrise from the back porch! Or for that matter, from the kitchen and living room!!!! Amazing! We will be back ASAP! :))

Summary: One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed at. As soon as you walk in it feels like home. Very spacious and so much to do with the water being at your back door. Will definitely rent again!!!!!

Summary: Loved the house. Beautiful hardwood, goegeous kitchen, and the beds are very comfortable. Quiet location right on the bay for our kids to swim. We are already planning to come back again next year.

Summary: Our family of five had an amazing stay. This home was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep and cook food. The kids enjoyed the paddle boards, floating chairs and indoor games. The view from the back porch is amazing in the morning, and we were able to get right into our boat and head into the bay to start our day. The dock had plenty of room for our 22ft boat and the driveway allowed for us to store the trailer. Boat launch was a very short ride away. We loved every minute and plan to return next year!
