Summary: Overall, it was fine. I felt safe and the location was convenient. However, the apartment smelled HEAVILY of smoke. Like all of our clothes had to be washed multiple times to get rid of the smell after we left. Other than the smell, everything else was pretty clean. The bath tub had some hair from previous Guests but that was easy to wash down the drain. The apartment is also up three flights of stairs so not ideal for folks with small children. It was very hard for us to take our 5 month old up and down. The host was no very communicative and I needed to call VRBO support just to get the code to the door so that was stressful. Overall, not a bad place to stay but also not the best experience.

Summary: Our stay was quiet and comfortable. Our host was very responsive and we were glad to have such a relaxing stay with plenty of space for our family of three.

Summary: The condo was exactly like pictures. I can see where past guest had issues with cigarette smell but that doesn't bother me. The main suggestion i would have is that the maintenance came in while we were sleeping after a long night at work with no warning so with that I would have preferred to been made aware. Other than that it was comfortable and a good price and in a safe area. Thanks

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to our Roanoke family. The only suggestion would be to make the apartment smoke-free, "old" smoke smell was overwhelming when we first got there. It did improve some after opening the windows and using the fan.
