Positive: Lovely location, the lodge and the whole park was immaculately clean. Very comfortable
Negative: The lodge was advertised as having a stove top which it didn’t. That was a little disappointing as I planned to make our own meals
Summary: A lovely tranquil park with great amenities

Positive: Good location for us as a base to explore. We had a cabin which was nice and fairly clean. For breakfast we went to the bar most mornings and had a lovely tea and a bap. Generally not one for big breakfast so this was nice when they served it. Great facilities and staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was great in the restaurant and the little bar areas.
Negative: If I’m being picky there were quite a lot of cobwebs in the room and extra cleaning could have been done in bathroom/ shower - could see little bits of dirt. You could hear upstairs walking around when they were in and it was so loud, sounded like elephants…I had to drown out with white noise to sleep the last 2 nights..Didn’t serve us a breakfast bap on Sunday ( the day we were leaving) as gave us some waffle about Sunday lunch… we could however pay £15 each for a full breakfast which we didn’t want, so we took our money to maccys. The pool can get really busy so you might not get a seat - need more loungers. Also no one at the counter downstairs so checking in was a bit weird as you arrive.. also sometimes you have to call people over to the bar in the morning.
Summary: Enjoyable stay with good facilities. Would recommend, try and get a cabin on your own.

Positive: Loved the facilities available on site and the restaurant was gorgeous.
Negative: We booked a ground floor lodge and the child in the lodge above was up late and awake early which wasn't very relaxing as the floor as all laminate in the lodges. In hindsight we should have booked an upstairs lodge, this was not the child's fault they were on holiday too.but we did not get much sleep.
Summary: A lovely break with great facilities.r

Positive: A nice little holiday village within a short drive of the seaside resort of Rhyl and within easy driving distance of other locations such as Betws-y- Cord and Llandudno and other picturesque places in beautiful North Wales. The place actually reminded me a bit of Centre Parcs tucked away in a slightly wooded area with its wood panel villas and swimming pool, bars restaurants and gym all on site. I tried the Sports Bar for something to eat on my last night and the food was good and reasonably priced. Sadly the bars were a bit quiet, I’m guessing due to it being the off season when I visited. Nicely equipped for pretty much everything you need for your stay and the place warms up pretty quickly when you need to use it. And friendly helpful staff. I would stay again. I have a couple of gripes that I will bring up in the next section.
Negative: Despite the property being well provisioned with pretty much everything you need for your stay, the unwillingness to provide tea towels for washing up still baffles me. I did ask at reception if they provided them and was told no. Maybe they’ve had them stolen by other guests, but they provide towels for the shower, they can be stolen too. They don’t even have to be anything special, just a bland, nondescript tea towel that no one cares about stealing. Moral of the story, bring your own tea towels. Or buy them from the nearby Tesco in a nearby town. Also, no where to put your recycling. I don’t know why a lot of places don’t offer this option.
Summary: A nice relaxing stay, but bring your own tea towels
