Summary: The house is exactly as depicted in photos - beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, highest quality linens, and welcoming details throughout the house. The flow of the house is great for families - plenty of space in bedrooms, kid-friendly finished basement, warm cozy sun room, peaceful living room, front porch with rockers and view of the sound and beach in front. Quiet neighborhood great for walks along the waterfront and kids on scooters. This was a wonderful experience for our family - we were joined by our daughters and small grandchildren. Thank you Jim we appreciate your responsiveness and gracious, welcoming hospitality.

Summary: Rented this property for family to attend graduation of daughter. Beautiful property, well maintained, well supplied, convenient to New Haven. Plenty of space for family and Man cave basement (although we minimally used) provides great activity space. Would Highly recommend! Property manager took care of problems before we even knew they were problems.

Summary: We stayed Thanksgiving week to spend time with our daughter and some family. The house was perfect and so was the weather even though it was the end of November. Great sun and beautiful view. Spent quite a bit of time on the deck. The house itself was immaculate. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we have stayed at over the years. Everything we needed was provided and it was one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. In other words, it was perfect in every way!
