Positive: The parking and location was good.
Negative: When we arrived for check-in, we found that the place was not cleaned yet and was not ready for us even though it was a couple hours past the ready to check in time. We tried to contact them on their mobile a couple of times, which went straight to voicemail. Eventually, they had replied through the messaging function. We then had to wait for the cleaner to arrive for the place to be cleaned and sorted before we could properly check in. Also, when showering, the hot water will cut off here and there. The kettle and the coffee machine could not be used as the power plug was inaccessible.
Summary: Hosts were not very responsive

Negative: The key feature - the “spa pool” - did not work; the hot tub water was hot but the jets did not turn on. I requested sufficient milk for coffee for a two night stay and was told that would cost an additional $50 service fee. When we asked for a bottle opener, something other accommodations have provided, we were told to go to the liquor store and buy canned drinks.
Summary: Hosts were not accommodation.

Negative: Everything was amazing but if I had to nit pick I would say the spa usage cut off time of 9:30 pm during the summer is a tad early.
Summary: Perfect comfortable place to stay for my first experience of n Queenstown.

Positive: Overall state of the cabin and interior was very good and confortable. Everything you could possibly need was available. Unlimited free coffee or tea. The hot tub was an excellent bonus.
Negative: Very minor detail but the shower could do with a bit more water pressure. Maybe because of that the temperature was a bit difficult to get right.

Positive: Great location, only a short (and lovely) walk to town, bed was SUPER comfortable and the private spa with mountain views is an excellent touch. Good value for money, perfect for a couple.
Negative: Nothing to not like. Well worth the asking price. If you want to nit-pick it has very limited cooking facilities but when on holiday, who wants to cook for themselves anyway!

Positive: Lovely little space for what we needed. Comfy bed.
Negative: Half the Jets on the spa didn’t work. Would be good to have an indoor small table and chairs. Outside was a little chilly.
