Summary: Wonderful, clean and well appointed two bedroom and two full bathroom luxury condo with wonderful scenic mountain and golf resort views. Neighborhood is very quiet, safe and peaceful with access to community club featuring large indoor pool, sauna and fitness center. Owner is extraordinarily courteous, responsive and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable! I highly recommend staying at this condo even if you had to visit far off towns - during our stay, we went to Helen, Dahlonega and Hiawassee, we also hiked the Tallulah Gorge and Rabun Bald all easy access from this condo.

Summary: This was our second year returning to this condo. There were upgrades since last year and the condo was in wonderful condition. Very clean, well stocked, comfy beds - everything our family needed for a few days away! We enjoyed the indoor pool, the boys played 9 holes of golf, and the girls found a local pedicure spot. We hiked and also enjoyed great food downtown Clayton. I have recommended this place to many friends! Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Clayton condo. The location is close to all the outdoor activities we were seeking, whitewater rafting, horseback riding and so much hiking. Although an attached condo it was incredibly quiet and we didn't hear any neighbor noise. The condo was really well stocked too with soap, dishwasher tabs and plenty of towels. The kids used the pool as well. The condo binder was full of useful information and instructions. The description on cell phone service was accurate, it's not great for calls but there is a house phone to order pizza or schedule trips. My only compliant was the carpet, it was really dirty. Which was surprising because the rest of the condo was clean and tidy. Knowing that going in I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed a 5-night stay here in March 2022. We found the condo exactly as described. Everything was clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. It is a perfect location close to Clayton. I enjoyed the nature trail despite some storm damaged trees (inquire at the clubhouse how to reach the trail)---there are 3 beautiful waterfalls to see! My husband and son enjoyed the indoor pool access. Glenda was a joy to work with. She was always available by text for any concerns we had. We had one minor issue and she literally had it solved within a couple of hours! We were very impressed. Will definitely keep this on our list of places to stay when visiting family in the area! The kitchen was well stocked. The fridge has an ice maker but no water dispenser, however there is a large filter dispenser inside the fridge that was filled and filtered for us when we arrived. A bicycle is parked on the balcony that guests can use around the resort. Several games and books provided us fun entertainment esp. with our 7 year old. Note that the cell phone signal is very poor. Internet/wifi/Dishnetwork/streaming are all fine. We had to drive back up Hwy 76 into Clayton to make cell calls. But if you have wi-fi calling capabilities, I think that will work...we didn't try. A helpful tip: the road that leads to the unit is the first left after you enter the golf club's main gate, right at the end of the duck pond. The road is kind of a dipsy-doodle adventure so be careful esp. at the "blind" hill/intersection at the top of the incline. But the road is paved and easy to drive, not a scary mountain road. (If you want that, check out the new homes being built across the highway...we did, and vowed never to drive THAT road again! Oh my gosh! Hahahaha) For the reviewers complaining about the cosmetic "deficiencies" of the condo, I can only roll my eyes. It's a rental unit. There are going to be some scuffs on the paint and marks on the carpet. So what? We had a great stay and are already considering booking again for our next visit to the area. My only suggestion to the owner/manager would be to include a map of the resort in the condo info folder. Thank you, Glenda, for being a wonderful host!

Summary: The amenities were great with indoor heated pool and hot tub. The unit itself needed some love. It smelled like dog so we found some Febreeze to Help with the odor. None of the cabinets closed in the kitchen or bathrooms. The place needs to be painted.

Summary: Cute little place. I don't think it was checked before we checked in. There were lady bugs on the floor. Carpet needs replaced bc of stains. Over all cleanliness was not that great. Other than that everything was good.
