Summary: Bar staff great staff checking us in not great no room ready had to go and ask is room.ready. oh sorry forgot to ring ye. Stuff like that

Summary: Not very good experiences. The room was at least 200 yards from the reception it felt like much longer. Two of the guests having mobility issues. When we checked in staff clearly see two persons with walking sticks and difficulties to walk around but they never mentioned the room was so far away and get through at least 6 or 7 doors with luggages. Also they only left everything enough for 2 people not 3. Room safe not working.

Summary: Very comfortable hotel. Decor very dark , which give a dismal feel. However it was the opposite, very friendly helpful staff and food was excellent

Summary: I stayed here with my husband and 2 teenage sons. The hotel was a bit further out of town than i thought. The service and food were good. One draw back was the bar closed early and they did not offer residents bar service either.

Summary: The staff was amazing. Clean, neat and the breakfast was wonderful. The receptionist at the restaurant was a fire ball of energy. She did it all and with a smile too. Lovely person. The other staff was amazing too. So polite and friendly, even though many patrons were rude and arrogant they smiled though it all. Good job to all staff and people running this place.
