A uniquely Canadian experience. This is a private and secluded forrest retreat in the heart of the city. Netflix, Nespresso Machine, private washer and dryer, and a cute little reading nook are just some of the reasons that make this place special.
Our place is great for small families and couples. We are about a 30 min drive from the airport. Tenants live on the upper floor and the guest suite is located on the lower level- both are private homes with separate private entrances.
Our home is not suitable for any parties or events and it will not be tolerated so please do not book if that is your intention.

THINGS TO CONSIDER:
- We have tenants upstairs so expect to share normal living sounds between walls.
- We are close to nature in a wooded area, it is not rare to find that a spider has snuck into the suite!
The whole two bedroom suite including kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry are all available for guests private use.

This home is conveniently located in Guildford, Surrey, right off the main hwy to Vancouver.
Vancouver is only a 20min drive away.
YVR Airport is only 40min drive away.
Super close to all city conveniences like groceries, restaurants, banks, and a big shopping mall.
Car is the best way to get around this area. We have a designated parking spot just for you!
