Summary: The home is as advertised, clean and had every amenity we required. My only caution was that there is a step down to the living room and due to the sunlight coming in and that the surrounding floor was the same color. My 84-year-old mother with 84yo eyes took a tumble as she was the first in the door. So just be aware it is there. Thankfully there was a coffee table that stopped her from falling further and it did not impede our vacation. True to others statements it is a little way from Vancouver, but we did not find this as an issue. We enjoyed the local variety of eateries and tried many new ethnic foods. If you get the chance, I highly recommend the Kashmiri or Pink Chai! The people we encountered in Surrey were friendly with the exception of one spunky raccoon that tipped the garbage over twice! There are two fun casinos that we enjoyed as well. I would love to visit again and would recommend this vacation home to anyone visiting. The host was also responsive and helpful.

Summary: This home is very nice in a nice neighborhood. Our problems were a key pad system that failed because of battery. When we arrived we noted damage items in the unit apparently caused by a prior tennant per our host. These items should have been removed or repaired. Our Host did provide us with a key.

Summary: The place was very comfortable and catered to all our needs. The host was really helpful and was available at all times. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Summary: Neighborhood was really nice and house was also nice and clean. However, upon our arrival the cleaning lady was still there knowing the check in time was at 4pm. After hours of traveling it was very upsetting that the house was not prepared prior to our arrival time. My family and myself had to wait for the cleaning lady to finish before entering. Finally upon entering the house we had issues with the a/c. I had texted, called and emailed the owner, however it took hours for a response, house was ridiculously hot that my family and myself had to leave in order to get out of the heat. Also, had issues with hot water, more than one person could not shower at the same time as there wasn’t enough hot water. Horrible.

Summary: The property and neighborhood is excellent although going to Vancouver downtown is a 35 min drive you cannot go back and forth for a day so better to plan your day so that it’s just one trip in a day saving time and gas.
