Welcome snacks, blackout curtains, fans & mirrors in each bedroom, door code access, dishwasher & washer/dryer will make your stay comfortable. The entire left side of the duplex is yours to use. The other side is also a Vrbo with the backyard as the only shared space. You have your own entrance, full kitchen, living area, two bedrooms, bathroom, deck & laundry. The kitchen and living area are on the main floor; bedrooms & bath on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is fully furnished including a Keurig & Instant Pot.

Summary: Perfect location - just a few minutes drive to Falls Park, Great Plains Zoo, and many amenities like malls, gas stations, and Walmart. Unit was clean, well organized, and check in was a breeze!

Summary: Great property and location. Lisa is a great host and responded quickly to questions. She made sure to check in with us to make sure everything was going well. The rental was very clean and I appreciated how well everything in the house was labeled and easy to find. Highly recommend this property with an incredible host!

Summary: My son and I travelled to Sioux Falls to visit friends and really enjoyed our stay at Blue Belle House. The house was very clean and extremely well organized with thoughtful touches like fans in the closets and labels on the cabinets. Also, the bike trail to the Falls Park and all around the city was only a 6 min bike ride away! Lisa was very responsive and helpful during our stay and even lugged over a toolbox when I needed to repair our bike hitch. We would definitely stay again next time we're in town!

Summary: The property was perfect for our needs. My daughter, friend and I came in for a wedding. This home was the perfect size for us and I loved how all the cabinets were labeled. The owner also had a laminated information deck that helped us know what was in the area. We were just 10 minutes away from all the places we needed to be so very centrally located.

Summary: We were so impressed with the Blue Bell House. Lisa has thought of all the details from the fully stocked kitchen, to laundry detergent, to the containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, This place is so cute! She has tastefully decorated it and furnished it with comfy beds with the perfect comforters. There was too much right about this place to to put in this review, but I will mention a couple more things such as the AC being super effective and the entire unit being spotless! Also pay attention to the pretty watercolors on the walls painted by the owner. Very comfortable stay, slept like logs and thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Also, owner very responsive. Summary: We needed a place to stay because my granddaughter had a fast pitch tourney. Lisa's place was perfect for us. It was close to the field, cool, and clean. Her communication was wonderful. We accessed the property easily, we had everything we needed and the weekend was great. Thank you so much. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The Blue Bell house was the perfect place for us to stay on our first trip to Sioux Falls. Check in was very easy and Lisa worked with us to get in a little early. The house was spotless and definitely had everything that we needed. The house was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, and I don't think we drove over 15 min to get to anything we wanted to do. Lisa was great to work with. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Our family of five had a great experience at the Blue Bell House. The checkin process was super easy. We and everything we needed and more.
