This cozy three bedroom cottage located in the beautiful Town Neck area of Sandwich, within walking distance to Town Neck beach, boardwalk, Sandwich marina and Cape Cod canal. Short drive to historic center of Sandwich with many shops and restaurants to enjoy.
One Queen bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper couch to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Cable TV, free WiFi, washer/dryer inside the cottage. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Each bedroom has AC units so you can be comfortable inside after hot day at the beach. Private backyard with picnic table and gas grill.The cottage is super clean and has everything you need for a nice stay.
Neighborhood is quiet and friendly, the beach is only 0.3 miles away. The owners live 5 miles away and easy accessible to help you enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Summary: Cute cottage very near the ocean. You can walk there. Nice with a/c during hot summers. We used the back porch all week! We had a cookout and sat at the picnic table with the umbrella. This is our 3rd year of renting! We love it!

Summary: It was very nice,it was a 5 min drive to 3 diff beaches n same distance to stop n shop n main road,it was nice it's all one level due to me being handicap n partially blind n deaf

Summary: A traditional Cape Cod cottage! The cottage was very clean, don't even think I saw any bugs, not even a spider. Host were very kind and open if there were any issues, however we didnt experience any. The beach was a 10 minute walk, however we waited till 4pm and drove down, as parking was free then. Lot of local shops, including groceries and even a general dollar store. Sandwich, being one of the first towns in Massachusetts, you get to experience a lot history, including museums. If you have kids, lot of cheap or free activities, such as the local fishery where you can feed trout. There is a small aquarium near by too. There is several local fishing spots you can walk to within 20 minutes, with a bait shop 10 minutes away (driving). You can also do charters, personally did Helen H, a 30 minute drive. The beach was rocky, however I was advised this was due to a storm and hopefully will be repaired. On the plus side, my kids had a great time flipping the rocks to find crabs. There is a lot of scenic walking places, including a walkway next to the canal to see the large boats coming and going. When we didnt make our meals, experienced several local restaurants and had all great experience. We also had a simple evening and order Domino's for delivery.

Summary: We have rented with Tatiana and Jeff for 3 years. The cottage was immaculate when we arrived. A/C kept us cool in the hot weather. We cooked in. It was very convenient. The grocery store less than 5 miles away. Nice and close walk to beach. Lots of cute outdoor restaurants nearby.

Summary: Arrivable went smoothly. The cottage was as described and was perfectly clean. The cottage has been refreshed through out. Everything worked. It had a lovely back porch and yard for our small shih tzu's. The front porch where the tv is was so nice with all the windows and the nice breeze in the evening. I wish the shower was bigger but there isn't room. I wish the mattress was more to my liking. They were very new, I just prefer a firmer mattress which I found in one of the other bedrooms. It was a few blocks to the ocean. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe. We had a couple of small problems and the host was right on top of it so we were not inconvenienced. They were a very nice younger couple that worked hard to ensure all was perfect for our month long stay. They achieved that with us. Would definitely stay again, if we return to this area.

Summary: The house is older, especially compared to some of the other houses in the neighborhood. The owners have made a real effort to make the place comfy and nice. The location is amazing...two blocks stroll to a beach! The price is a GREAT value.

Summary: Our family had never been to Cape Cod before our stay. We enjoyed the property, while a bit outdated it was extremely clean. The location was close to the beach and a great jumping off point for the rest of the cape.

Summary: Very convenient to restaurants, stores, beaches, and the highway. Very much satisfied with everything. Host was very accommodating and communication with them was always prompt. Recommend and will be back.

Summary: The property is very basic, but within a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk, which was a priority. Small for a family with adult children, but fortunately we had an active week outdoors.
