Summary: Had a great stay. Host was very communicative and check in was a breeze. There’s a main bedroom with a tv and couch mini fridge coffee maker and microwave, a bathroom and then a side room with a couch (with a pull out bed) and tv. My only criticism is that the second room is attached to a shared kitchen with only a curtain for separation. If it had been a lockable door on our end it would be a perfect stay.

Summary: For a last minute, holiday excursion to visit our kids, this place was just right. A little bit of a long walk around to the back entrance on stepping stones, and a shared kitchen made it unusual, but the bed was firm and comfortable and the owner made check in and out very easy at this room off their main house. It's convenient to 95 and all the activities that Wilmington and the surrounding area has to offer. The price was right. Thank you Dave! great communicatthat I but

Summary: The listing description is very accurate and the space is quite comfortable. You might hear the owners through the shared walls/doorways, but Dave has made it as private as possible. Dave is very helpful and responds quickly to communications. I felt comfortable going for my walks in the morning and it is close to some nice activities (such as the River Walk, the Delaware Museum of Science and Nature).

Summary: Dave was great to communicate with, very responsive and even allowed us to have some mail sent to the house while we were there. Plenty of room, very private and easy to get everywhere we were going. Would stay again if in the area.

Summary: All i needed was a nice clean place that was as advertised. This house is better than advertised, clean, private, quite and convenient. Dave is a very nice person and really communicates everything very well. Youll need nothing hes thought of everything as far as amenities. Ill definitely book here again.

Summary: The property was nice and Dave was very accommodating. I had a couple requests and he was right there with the solution. A super nice guy. I am handicap and getting into the place was difficult for me to walk to the door. A wheelchair would not work.
