Upstairs bedroom features king sized InnoMax bed with dual zone temperature control. Main floor bedroom features full sized bed. Both bedrooms have high end linens, blackout shades behind shutters, tvs with streaming services, and vanity stations to get ready.
Large living room features work station with motorized standing desk, sectional couch and TV (Free Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney +, and ESPN +) 4 person game/dining table, and standalone queen sized hide-a-bed.
Features fully equipped kitchen with high end non-stick cookware, extensive drink ware, barware, and dinnerware, and large 4 person island. Also includes Nespresso and Keurig machines and pods
The guest house includes separate grilling area with propane grill and outdoor dining and propane fire pit.
Guest will be minutes from both chain and local dining options.
In order to respect the neighbors we ask for quiet hours from 10PM-8AM and request no smoking (anything) on the property.

Summary: At first we were worried we were at the wrong location since the house is in the back yard of another house. However, after confirming pictures and acess codes, we were at the correct place. Inside the house it seemed every detail had been thoughtfully labeled and included. If we needed something, we just looked where it should be and there it was. This house is very near all of the roads we needed for getting around Denver, but not so close you could hear the noise too much. We would stay here again of we are in the area.

Summary: Perfect size home & beautifully decorated! The outside area was great for relaxing with a glass of wine. The kitchen has everything you need & more then I had at my own home! Also, this was the first place I’ve ever stayed that I didn’t need my bring out my own toiletries-everything was top notch. The location was great-just close enough to the highway. Truly can’t say enough great things about this place. I will definitely be back the next time we go to a concert at Red Rocks.

Summary: Stayed here with 2 of my girlfriends and an infant. THIS should be how all VRBO experiences are. Wonderfully clean, clearly labeled cupboards, welcome folder with recommendations, and a responsive host. 10/10 times would stay here again. Felt bigger than the pics. Infant/kid friendly and stocked with pack and play sheets, bibs, etc.

Summary: This property was even better than the pictures indicated. Beautiful, updated, and with a very well-stocked kitchen. The owners have included several small touches that made our stay even better. The owners communicated everything very clearly and were so easy to work with. Can’t say enough great things about this property and our experience. Thank you!

Summary: My family paired up with friends and their son and this was perfect a two bedroom that we both just had each of our sons sleep in our room with us but was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of toys to keep the kids entertained which was great since we flew in and we’re not able to bring a bunch with us. The fire pit area is nice and secluded so you can enjoy conversations and not feel like everyone in their back yard can hear you. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We loved this property! It was very well stocked, they thought of EVERYTHING! Besides that it was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We loved coming back to this home away from home at the end of long site seeing / hiking days, it was amazing. We highly recommend it and hope to go back!
