This recently renovated house up north is the perfect getaway for those looking to enjoy some outdoor adventure or just relax. The large backyard provides a nice firepit, so you can relax in comfort after an adventurous day outdoors. Guest can enjoy Clear Lake and ORV trails. Whether you're looking for an exciting outdoor retreat or simply want to take advantage of all that nature has to offer, this home offers something special for everyone!
This modern house is a 3 bed/1.5 bath with a 2 car attached garage that the guest have access to.
The bedrooms include 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. Every bedroom has its own temperature control with a window A/C unit and thermostat for heat. For those guest that need fans, there is a box fan in every bedroom also. (Only the bedrooms have A/C units but with the doors open it keeps the rest of the home comfortable)
There is a large backyard with a fire pit and hammock (summer only) to relax in the evening. Enjoy outdoor cooking with the charcoal grill (guest will need to bring own charcoal) & picnic table.
The living room is equipped with a 65" TV however there is no cable, we recommended bringing your own streaming logins. In case of rainy days there is board games and card games provided and for those sunny days cornhole boards are provided.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics along with a coffee maker.
There is a washing machine and dryer.
Located only .5 miles from the Clear Lake Bar, party store, and Clear Lake. This is a pet free home.

Summary: Located just on the outskirts of town, this cabin we newly renovated and spacious which was great. To ride to the trails was convenient as it was just a couple minutes down the road.

Summary: our stay was overall a very positive experience, it was not without some mishaps but (incl us bringing the Texas heat wave up North with us) but the hosts very promptly responded to us and even personally showed up to fix an appliance and provide us with extra toiletries. We used every inch of amenities, except for the fire pit, the sun was already doing enough in the way of heat lol Thanks for the stay, and we will hopefully be back in Michigan again soon to try out some real winter weather!
