Plenty of space for your family to play & make memories, with beds & bathrooms for everyone!
5 bedrooms (incl. 1 bunk room); extra beds; 4 FULL bathrooms; game room w/ bumper pool, card table, darts, ping-pong, & kid toys/books; theater room; kitchen with EVERYTHING you could need; grill; and the list goes on!
30 min or less from everything! SeaWorld, Six Flags, Schlitterbahn, TPC San Antonio, Riverwalk, Comal River, Canyon Lake, Gruene, San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, etc...
Comfortably seats 21 for meals. 7 at dining table & 6 at bars/counters. 6-foot folding table & 8 folding chairs.
In addition to standard sleeping arrangements for 14, our home has:
- 1 Queen Leesa mattress (2)
- 2 CordaRoy beanbag chairs (as seen on Shark Tank!) that convert to comfortable Queen Mattresses (4)
- Up to 6 Twin Mattresses (also with incredible reviews) available on request (6)
- 1 Pack n' Play travel crib
Some of the non-standard amenities we have in addition to the default options:
- Crockpot / slow cooker
- Toaster oven
- 2nd refrigerator and freezer
- Electric hand mixer
- Filtered water
- Dartboard
- Card table (table top sits on bumper pool table)
- Wireless printer
The community pool is open from early March until the end of September.
There are extra toiletries (in case anyone forgets theirs), basic cleaning supplies, and spare sheets in the closet outside the master bedroom. Please use sheets with every bed (including the non-standard ones).
Parking is restricted to 3 garage spots and 3 driveway spots. If absolutely necessary, 1 vehicle may be parked on the street.
We have three exterior cameras, one above the front door, one above the garage, and one above the back gate. They are for the security of our home and our guests, and do not have a view to the inside of the home.
No smoking in the home or on the front or back porch. No EV charging. No crypto mining. No parties.

Summary: This place was amazing, stocked and ready to go! Easy to many amenities and the highways. The hosts were A-1 and very communicative. The property manager was also very helpful and attentive to our needs! Will definitely stay again!

Summary: Home was everything as described and more! Hosts had active and open communication before, during, and after the stay. Needed a place for my (large) family to stay for my AF retirement...and this place was perfect! Clean home, safe and quiet neighborhood, close to everything, and plenty of space for 20 people (including kids). Game room was awesome...great gym/fitness area...gas grill...open kitchen with all the amenities needed...clean towels and bedding. If you are looking for a spot in the greater SA area...look no further and book this gem!

Summary: The house is absolutely beautiful, equipped with all necessities and clean, more than enough space for my large family; we all felt at home, short drive to basically everything. 100% recommend. The host was absolutely amazing as well, very quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay.

Summary: One of the best properties I have stayed in. The house was spotless, well-kept, and accommodated a multigenerational visit with enough activities for all. I also cannot say enough how wonderful the hosts are. They indeed went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They answered all questions and were very timely with their responses. I highly recommend you book this house for your next stay.

Summary: The home is beautiful and very clean. A great spot for a family vacation. We checked in Friday with no problem and checked out Sunday no problems. We enjoyed the movie room along with the game room. Very kid friendly with toys and games. Sleeping quarters was very good. We came with our own essentials for cooking and bathing, however they supplied it all also from seasonings, soap, laundry, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The backyard was very nice, and relaxing with a grill. Oh of course the men loved the gym area. The host called to check on us to see if we needed anything after we made it. We definitely will be back and recommend this home.
