Summary: Everything I say can be backed by recording because I always expect to be falsely accused. The apartment is not bad looking. it was clean although there were cards left on the floor. The walls a re thin and the downstairs neighbors are not above stalking you 24/7. They will let you know that they are stalking you by making a comment whenever you shift . When ignored they will try making noises past quiet tome to get your attention. Stalking and harassment seems to be the cool thing now
