Positive: Good property. Nicely maintained bed rooms and hall. Attendant staff was good.

Negative: The surrounding area around the bungalow needs good maintenance. No plantation , no greenery. Not a single tree/ flower plant, not even a flower pot outside the bunglow. This needs to change. It gives a bad and odd impression about the property. You feel that you are on a Lonely planet ! 😢.

Positive: A nice comfortable Villa with excellent caretakers. Good sea view from the upstairs bedrooms. Food prepared by the caretakers was really good.

Negative: The swimming pool is far. You need your own vehicle to reach the swimming pool. Also its not that big for adults. For kids its okay and safe. A big swimming pool attached to the property will make a big difference.

Summary: Overall its an excellent place for a weekend trip with family and friends.

Negative: Location is very bad. Very far from Dapoli city. It is 21km far n the access road to the property is very bad. There is nothing near the property. Very isolated
