Positive: Yuce, comfortable, clean cabins located right off of Kings Highway at the midpoint between Fresno and Sequoia Kings national Park entrance. The cabins are right behind a coffeehouse. There’s a gas station across the street. And a wonderful dinner restaurant just 3 miles up the road.

Summary: Great place to stay only 20 miles from Sequoia Kings National Park Entrance

Positive: Very nice cottage just a few minutes drive from the park entrance. Cosy and well equipped for a short stay. Check in was self service but instructions were very clear and given well in advance. Sunny terrace nice for a meal.

Negative: Cottage #4 is located in front of the dumpster so you may experience traffic and noise. Also several cars coming to the café are parking in front of the cottage in the mornings. For longer stays (>1-3 nights) a proper kitchen would be nice.

Summary: Great place to stay!

Positive: Gorgeous location with beautiful views that is conveniently near King's Canyon entrance. It is a great spot for relaxing outdoors, and I could see someone having a good time at this spot without even going into King's Canyon. Really good coffee shop attached that had good food and good vibes. Staff was very accessible and friendly to communicate with over text. Easy parking. Wifi quality was decent. Room was well laid-out and well-lit. Very quiet at night. Very comfortable bed.

Negative: Listing had indicated complementary breakfast when I booked some months back on Booking.com. The current policy upon arrival no longer includes this and instead is a 25% off bill at the coffee shop. Still good, but I wish that were more clearly stated/updated in the listing. Also, I wish some other policies for check-in and checkout were more preemptively stated and sent before on Booking.com. I had to call for check-in instructions after arrival (turns out it was a door code), and checkout instructions were sent the night before the checkout on Booking.com instead of ia text, so I ended up missing those after I headed into a no-reception area the next day right after departing. The lock situation is not optimal. The lock is an obvious code that has not been changed. There is no way to additionally deadbolt from the inside. Expect a $40 cleaning charge on top of your bill. Hot water takes long enough, I ended up skipping showers, which was fine for me as I was expecting an outdoorsy trip with less creature comforts anyway, but may be something others want to know.

Positive: Everything was as listed. The bed was very comfortable. The location has a coffee shop next to it, and we got a discount because we stayed here. To top it off, it is just outside King's Canyon National Park.

Negative: We had trouble getting the hot water to come on. We had to run the water for about ten minutes before the hot water came on. Thankfully, we did contact the rental agent by text, and she responded right away. It was 9:30 on a Sunday night. Nice service!
