Positive: The staff was wonderful. There was an issues with our heat and they changed our room no problem.
Negative: The inside of the building was a little run down.
Summary: We had a lovely stay. Our grandmother lives near the hotel and we will definitely stay again.

Negative: Our room the first of 2 nights. We booked a double queen and they could not deliver that room night 1. We were asked to accept an upgrade to a suite but the room was less than ideal. The Murphy bed and additional cot were not comfortable and there was loud construction directly above our room starting at 9am.
