Positive: It’s brilliant the way it’s autism friendly as our son is autistic

Negative: The one thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast. It was vile. I couldn’t eat it.

Summary: Will definitely be back lovely spot apart from breakfast, that needs fixing

Positive: 2 bedroom apartment was very close to the hotel. Lots of children's facilities including small playground and soft play areas. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was lovely and the children loved the kids buffet though they need to fill the plates! Great swimming facilities and helpful friendly staff there too. Very close to Clonakilty playground also. Great effort made for Halloween.

Negative: Apartment has some small maintenance issues which needed to be looked at including fogging windows, door lock, curtain rails. Also could have been provided with more basic toiletries for 4 people. Beds and pillows are very hard. Some staff untrained or unfamiliar with coeliac items at breakfast and about the games room also. Need more information freely available re golf and adventure centre as well as evening and day children's activities besides the kids club.

Positive: Excellent for kids especially dinner time it was a buffet for kids which is a really great idea

Negative: The only thing I can fault is the fault that the soft play closes from 1-3 and swimming pool 2-3 we arrived earlier than check in so unfortunately had a bit of waiting around with not much to do with the kiddies while we waited we did go to the outdoor playground for a while we waited so it wasn’t all bad

Positive: Good location at edge of town.

Negative: Service at breakfast was poor. A member of our party ordered an omelette (10 minute waiting time) and still hadn't received it after half an hour. The staff were aware that she was waiting for it as she went to check if it was ready three times when it didn't come. She spoke to the manager. He arrived a couple of minutes later with a poorly presented, underdone omelette. He said that they had no record of the order even though she had spoken to staff three times, and he did not appear to be very concerned about her experience.

Summary: Poor service ruined what could have been a pleasant stay.
