1 Bedroom House in Aurora

Shared space home with two bedrooms for your use! Both bedrooms are keyed and dead bolted for security and prIvacy. Great tri-level home in Village East neighborhood with big back yard. The home shares a beautifully redone Kitchen on the middle level of the home where there is seating at the bar and also seating at a table. Bedroom 1 has a full size bed, a spacious closet, a dresser, a office work desk and chair- this bedroom shares a bathroom located in the hallway space. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed with its own allocated bathroom, with a shower stall and a single sink. A paved driveway for parking or you can park on street. Home has central air conditioning, solar power and on demand hot water from a tankless water heater. The owner a local Realtor lives onsite but is often traveling (please reach out directly for dates). Every room in the house has its own television and is equipped you tube tv... 2 ride share bikes are included for use to check out the bike trail or head to local bars and restaurants! Huge washer and dryer can be used for no additional charge. Hardwood flooring throughout home and carpet in the bedroom. The garage does have an EV charger and can be used if the owner isn't using. Transportation from airport can be arranged for a fee and with notice to owner. Smoking is allowed outside of residence 420 and cigarettes but no smoking inside- Owner does abide by the cancelation policy... Please cancel within the cancellation window. Only one room is rented at a time or both rooms are rented together with a family sharing- ADULTS only please. Please reach out to me directly if you wish to book both rooms at $149a night.
If you book a room for the month of March or April it will be the room with the King bed and bathroom. Call me if you need both rooms.. I will update as reservations are filled!

Summary: The house is easy to find, nice neighborhood & communication with Michael for information was great! If you are looking for a comfy king bed you found it. My husband said it was so cozy like sleeping in a marshmallow:) Another bonus is you have your own personal bathroom & Tv in the room😁 We would definitely stay there again! Summary: Pros: comfortable bed snacks hot tub privacy easy in and out friendly host CONS: Hummm, I am thinking.............oh, I have a one con. The front door stuck a little. It did. I had to put my shoulder into it. But, I am not a very big guy.

Summary: Located facing a community park you will be near virtually anything you want within a short distance. The owner, Michael, is an excellent host and will make sure your have everything you need. He's also just a nice guy and enjoyable to talk to. I will definitely stay with him in the future when my travels have staying in the Denver area.

Summary: A buddy and I landed in a great room when we booked with Mr. Mike. He made sure we both were accommodate to any need. He helped me out with a makeshift mattress just so I wouldn't have to sleep on the floor. It was a simply run the tours sites weekends so I was expecting a "tuff it out" situations but Mr. Mike made sure I wouldn't have to sleep on the floor, well as he put it, "I CANT have you sleeping on the floor." You can't write or make up this kind of hospitality, he really does care for your comfort. He provides a clean home thats warm and welcoming to all people from all walks of life.....why are you waiting? We wish we had more time

Summary: Michael was a spectacular host. He stayed up late to greet us even when he had a client to work with the following morning. His home is lovely & comfortable. There is a hot tub out back along with a patio area accented with an overhead tarp for shade from the sun and standing heater to stay cozy outside in the winter. The bed was honestly one of the comfiest I'd ever slept in, so after a long day of hiking or exploring and a quick dip in the hot tub, we felt incredibly revitalized for the next day. Michael was accommodating the entire stay, and when we messaged him with any questions, he was quick to respond. Smoker friendly (420, too) just be sensible out back. We were a little hesitant booking a room within a home, but Michael put any concerns to rest and was a down to Earth guy that was fun to talk to. He prepared a bucket of ice for our wine when we inquired about a wine key, and gave us a bottle of wine as a parting gift. A great place to stay comfy during your Denver endeavors, just book it already.
