Summary: The house is very clean and well maintained. My only suggestion if you want to watch TV you need to have a Roku account. We would stay there again if we get a chance to visit the area.

Summary: The property was clean, but we felt that it was cleaned possibly a week before our arrival and could have used a refresh. We would have liked to use the grill but it was not clean for immediate use and we had to make other plans for dinner. The only other downside to the stay was the mattress(s) in the 4th bedroom with the bunk beds. Both were very thin and uncomfortable. The guest ended up sleeping on the couch.

Summary: Great home situated between Boyne , the Highlands and Nubs Nob with easy access to the lovely town of Charlevoix. Beautiful home in a great neighborhood - loved my morning walks down to the lake! Clean and well-outfitted. We will be back!

Summary: The house is across the street from a dump of a house. The fire pit is one of those small metal pits from Walmart. No AC, which wasn’t too bad because it was a little chilly and we didn’t use the house much. The bunk beds make so much noise you can’t sleep at all. They are the cheap metal ones you can get for $100. The kitchen table was big and we were able to fit everyone which was nice. All in all, I would not recommend this house. I also wouldn’t rent from Evolve, ever. Basically the ad is technically true but highly embellished.
