Summary: Huge rustic house, great location, nice amenities. Communication with owner was easy. Shopping almost within walking distance, Aspen/Snowmass 15/20 minutes away. Hope to have the opportunity to come back to this place.

Summary: This home is a blast. There are 4 bedrooms, but so many other rooms that you can bring your entire clan. LOL! Adam (the owner) is exceptional at communicating timely info. Weather, roads, house condition, areas to eat, drink, and explore. We enjoyed the pool table, the HUGE breakfast bar, and the fact that you can use the 2 car garage when Mother Nature dumps 9” of snow on you. IF you have the desire & ability to drive to/from Aspen’s ski resorts, this home is perfect. Even walking distance to grocery store, great little Mexican food joint, Starbucks, and to the river as well. Highly recommended.

Summary: We had a great time, the place is HUGE! We had 6 adults staying there and we were all very comfortable. Its very close to shops and restaurants, has lots of outdoor space, a dog run/fenced area outside, and was so warm even though it was freezing outside!... the property was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The property is very spacious. The amenities are great, however there are some minor maintenance issues like windows that don't open, loose cabinet drawers, loose toilet seats, etc. that need to be addressed but they don't detract from the overall experience. We would rent this house again!
