Live like a local in the charming West Side of Colorado Springs. Nestled in a quiet residential area, this five-bedroom, two-bathroom home features a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large fenced-in yard, and a beautiful front porch with a swing to take in the mountain views!
There are three bedrooms on the main level of the house: one king, two queens, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The lower level has two queen bedrooms.
The bathrooms, located on the main level of the house, have full bathtubs with showers.
The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals. However, if you feel like dining out or ordering in, there are plenty of options close by. Just two blocks from the house, you'll find Colorado Avenue and an abundance of restaurants.
The living room on the main level has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Downstairs features a large 50' television with a Blu-ray player and movies to enjoy a movie night when you are all tuckered out from sightseeing.
With over 100 channels, movies, board games, and books to choose from for entertainment, you can relax after a full day of taking in all of the tourist attractions.
The covered front porch and porch swing beckon you to enjoy the fresh mountain air while enjoying the views. The backyard, completely fenced in, has a large table, umbrella, a gas fire pit, and seating for an additional eight people.

Summary: This property was very nice and well maintained and stocked! The patio area was perfect! It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was safe and clean. The host was very responsive even though she was out of the country. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Summary: The house was clean and well-stocked. Awesome back yard with patio furniture and a fire table. Great location within a short walk to the main strip of Old Colorado City, and a short drive to Manitou Springs, downtown Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, and other local areas of interest. Highly recommend!!

Summary: This home is surprisingly spacious! There are plenty of large bedrooms and common living spaces. The home is well equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, games and books. The yard is spacious and offers a comfortable place to enjoy the weather and sit by a fire. One evening we walked to Old Colorado Springs where there are numerous restaurants, bars and shops. It’s only a couple of blocks away and a perfect walk from the house. The house is just down the street from Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. We loved our stay and would enjoy coming back

Summary: This home is perfect for a family vacation. We had six adults and 3 kids and were all very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchens, lots games that were fun, nice backyard and perfect location. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Summary: We were in town for a nephew's wedding in Manitou Springs (with our four adult children and their partners). The location was very convenient to each of the wedding venues in Manitou (as well as the Incline, which five of us did). Its walking distance to some nice shops and restaurants in Old Colorado City. The home was as described and shown on the web site. Beds were comfy, and there was ample room for all of us to be together at the same time, or to spread out into the separate main floor and basement living spaces. Check-in was easy with the digital lock. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: This was a wonderful property and the perfect location! An easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Tons of local attractions within a 10 min drive. Property manager was VERY prompt to reply on all of questions. Fantastic property for groups. we easily slept 11. I would highly suggest!
