Professional Month to Month rentals considered. Welcome to our Urban Nashville Townhome – a veteran-owned and managed haven for your next Music City getaway! This recently updated two-story townhome boasts three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat for your stay. Our home is 3 miles from BNA airport and 11 miles to downtown Broadway. Centrally located to the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills mall and golfing. If you enjoy lake life we are 1 miles to boat access on Percy Priest Lake. Priest Lake has jet ski, and boat rentals for your group to enjoy day activities. There is also a bustling marina with live entertainment and food 1 miles from our home. Easy access to the interstate and grocery shopping near by. We have a semi private partially fenced back yard with a fire pit for your use. We usually use our travel trailer but it may be parked on the side of our home if not in use. It does not interfere with the use of the driveway or yard.
THE SPACE: Sleeps 8 maximum
Primary Bedroom: King bed designer bedding. Restoration Hardware Bunk bed with trundle sleeps 3 for total of 5 in the master bedroom.

All bedrooms and both full baths are on the second story. Our home is tastefully decorated and has a fully stocked modern kitchen with high end appliances. No additional parking fees with room for two vehicles in driveway and on street parking.
High speed internet for all your devices, bluetooth speaker, Big Green Egg grill, full sized washer and dryer.
You have the entire townhome to yourself we will not be there but we are always available. There is a passcode keypad for check in and outdoor Ring Doorbell cameras for ID verification and security. Please call me if you have any needs or concerns. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay the property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. It is against house rules to disconnect these devices.

Summary: Spent a week exploring Nashville with friends. We found the listing exactly as expected. Beds were very comfortable and unit was well stocked. Owner was very helpful and accommodating and makes the rental easy for check-in and out. A bit of an Uber ride to some venues, easy drive to others - great place to relax after a day of adventures in Music City!

Summary: Brandi has really nailed the art of short term rentals! This townhouse was stacked with amenities, decorated beautifully, with a full kitchen, nice yard, and great communication from the host. The neighborhood is quiet, but close enough to what you need and 20 minute drive into downtown. The neighbors were extra sweet and welcoming. I could go on for ever about how much we loved this spot. 10/10 would recommend. No complaints!

Summary: We had a great stay. The property was very clean & nicely decorated. There were plenty of towels. And we were also provided with coffee, tea, half & half & other supplies. It was also very convenient to get back & forth from the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The house was perfect… literally! Super clean, smelled awesome, decorated beautifully, furnished incredibly, and minutes to the airport, Nissan Stadium and Downtown. Brandi is an incredible host with excellent communication. The power went out while we were there. While we were still wondering if we tripped a breaker, Brandi reached out with an update from the power company. I joked about one of our guys not getting his coffee and she immediately responded with instructions and a video on how to use the French Press. Definitely saving this one for our next trip!

Summary: Property is fully stocked with anything you might need. The townhome easily accommodated 4 adults. The furnishings are nice. The master bedroom is very large and nicely decorated. Location is a close commute to the airport and other attractions. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Summary: We are so happy that we stayed at this property! It was exactly what we were looking for while we were visiting Nashville. It is a very charming three bedroom townhouse located in a very family friendly neighborhood. The property owner made you feel very welcome and provided excellent instructions on everything.
