We have a clean well maintained home
There are 2 bedrooms, both Queen size beds, and 1 full bathroom available to you.
You will not be sharing the home with other renters. You get the house to yourself.
There is a Full Kitchen with everything you need to prepare and eat.
There is a gas BBQ Grill out in the backyard.
The kitchen is great for 2 people to eat in.
There is a dining area with seating for 6 people.
The backyard has a large covered patio with a dining table for 6 people.
Most guests enjoy our normally great weather and eat on the patio. It is a Wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee.
Our home is in a outstanding location with quick access to local sports/concert venues & shopping.
The NFL Stadium is less than 15 minutes away now called State Farm Stadium.
Next to that is Desert Diamond Arena.
Next to that is Shopping, Dinning & Entertainment called Westgate.
And less than a mile from all that is Desert Diamond Casino new in 2020.
There are shuttles between Westgate and the Casino.
Also nearby, 10 minutes away, is Arrowhead. It's the location of
one of the Spring Training Facilities and a full Indoor mall and surrounding Retailers and Restaurants.
There is a Planet Fitness in short walking distance from the house along with some great local restaurants.
Sky Harbor airport Is normally 30 minutes away.(depending on Traffic)

Summary: This wonderful home is clean and well-provisioned. It is conveniently located near shops, with easy access to Peoria Sports complex ans well as other stadiums.Surprisingly quiet too!We'll definitely try to syay here again for our next Spring Training yrip!

Summary: We rented this place to come see some baseball games. It was close to the fields and many other things like stores and amenities. It was perfect for what we needed.

Summary: We didn’t have enough shower towels we didn’t have enough propane to grill the weekend not enough toilet paper you had to take your shoes off before you enter the house

Summary: The house was very clean and fit all our needs. Close to shopping and freeway's yet neighborhood was very quiet for sleeping. Would have no problem staying again.

Summary: Vern and Judith very nice,met us there and showed us around. Washer and dryer was great,just ran to store and got laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Only other thing we only had 3 bath towels and 1 kitchen towel as far as I could see. Shower was great and beds were very comfortable, slept great! It was a nice stay. Thanks

Summary: this was my first vrbo and nothing went as easy as this did. owners were very nice and easy to deal with all my questions for my first vrbo. house is beautiful in a very nice neighborhood. i go out to arizona every year for spring training and i enjoy the west valley area. i will be contacting this owner again for another stay. highly recommended.
