Summary: Manager was quick to reply to all questions and concerns. The title "Close to everything" is very accurate. Close to I-4, close to restaurants, close to Wal-Mart, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. Our only negative was the Master Suite mattress was terrible. It was a Sleep Number that one side was mostly deflated. The bottom mattress of the bunk beds was also very uncomfortable. Fortunately, we were able to arrange our sleeping to allow everyone a decent mattress.

Summary: Nice place with a view of wildlife in the backyard. Easy on and off I-4 to go to on visits. Half way between Orlando and Daytona. No issues with house or Scott. Answered any question we had right away. Great stay.
