The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, dresser smart TV plus private bath, shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. It has a patio. The second guest suite has a queen and twin bed. For longer stays, it can be furnished as you like: queen, twin, full, king or office.

Summary: Selected this well appointed condo as our base for visiting Scottsdale while celebrating our anniversary. We traveled with a friend and our dog, and everyone had plenty of space to enjoy our stay. Great location in quiet Paradise Valley close to Trader Joes, Old Town Scottsdale and many excellent restaurants. Lorie is a friendly and knowledgeable host who met us at the condo for check-in and orientation. She provided the keys and recommendations for activities and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped, so all we needed was to purchase the fresh food at Trader Joes for meals we prepared during our stay. The condo is close to freeways providing easy access to hiking, museums, shopping, and entertainment activities. We splurged to take a sunrise hot air balloon ride that was fantastic. The condo and grounds were well maintained and very quiet for rest and relaxation. Highly recommended!

Summary: The property was very clean and in a very quiet community. The kitchen was appointed well with all the necessary items needed to prepare meals. The property owners provided quite a few extras such as ice, bottled water, cleaning supplies and bathroom supplies. The owners were very easy to communicate with during our stay.

Summary: Overall the location was great - close to the airport, close to expressways, close to shopping and restaurants. It was also just steps away from the greenbelt walking trails. This unit was next to the pool so easy for our kids to swim in a mostly empty pool. The owner, Lori was very personable and responsive to us. The house is more run down than the photos suggest (and some of the furniture etc is different). The door in the master bath was taken off between the sinks and the shower/toilet, so the person going to the bathroom really couldn't have any privacy. It was a small thing, but strange. The kitchen and laundry were stocked for what we needed. The beds were clean and comfortable. Overall just fine for our spring break with our kids.

Summary: The photos are 100% accurate. I was alone, but this house would have been perfect for the whole family. There were so many little things that made this such a great choice - it was really clean, and there were plentiful cleaning supplies as well as masks and hand sanitizer. The pantry had all types of spices, aluminum foil, olive oil, paper plates, plastic cups. The towels and linens were high quality and plentiful. There were even a few makeup wipes in the bathroom. My favorite things about the rental was the pool - literally right outside front door, situated on a scenic bike/walking path and the private patio and brand new gas grill. The WiFi was great too! This was the perfect spot for me - who wanted to do a lot of walking and spend time at the pool. I would stay here again, and recommend to others.

Summary: Laurie and Martin were great hosts. We were able to check in early and the place was super clean and well supplied. Everything worked well and most importantly, the bed was comfortable! Close to restaurants, shopping and was conveniently located. Laurie is very knowledgeable in the local market and full of recommendations and great ideas. We would stay here again.

Summary: This property is in a wonderful community with a pool and tennis court and lovely walking trails! Lorie was fantastic and in the middle of Covid-19 made sure we had everything we needed (even extra toilet paper!) She checked on us and guided us to stores with stocked shelves. Highly recommend!
