Summary: Our party of three stayed here for the first time. We woke up every morning to deer in the front yard, and some deer and other animals on the hiking trail behind the house. It was very quiet and peaceful. The accommodations met our needs of three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The air conditioner worked great the first day we were there, and then we had to switch over to the heater for the remainder of our time. The washer and dryer were fantastic! The automatic lights were a nice touch, you don’t have to worry about turning off all the lights when you leave your room or leave the house while you go out for your activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Spent Christmas here to be close to family and have no complaints. The house was clean, had a lovely deck, and all the amenities we needed. It was so lovely to drink coffee outside on a cool foggy morning. The trailhead is right next to the house, and there were lots of deer to spot each day. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Summary: The property is in a nice neighborhood at the bottom of a hill, surrounded by lots of trees and 5min from stores/restaurants. The house was clean, kitchen is well stocked with plates and appliances. The ice maker doesn’t work but we just bought a bag of ice. The washer/dryer worked well enough, we needed to wash the 1 towel you get per person and we stayed for several nights. The patio is nice and would be beautiful in the fall/winter, our stay was mid July and the mosquitoes had a feast so we didn’t stay out there very long. The driveway snuggly fits two vehicles but the overgrowth of the bushes on the right side made it very difficult to exit the car and it scratched the roof of the rental. Not enough for the rental company to notice but the bushes should be trimmed. The reason for 3 stars: WiFi didn’t work. Yes we reset it. Due to property location reception isn’t great which I can live with but we couldn’t stream any devices or TV. The most important reason though; All the beds are incredibly firm but specifically the Master bedroom. It was the most uncomfortable place in the entire house. Along with the rock hard bed the room was so hot. The AC DOES NOT adequately reach the master room sufficiently. Plus the fan remote doesn’t work thus it was stuck on the lowest setting. We couldn’t use the fan light nor turn the fan on/off. The house is clean and nice but due to how uncomfortable it was to sleep there, we definitely will not be rebooking this property.
