The living room welcomes you with a wood stove, comfy sofas and New 55 inch TV to gather with family and friends. The dining area leads to the fully stocked kitchen in this 2 level vacation home.
The loft area has a pool table, queen bed and futon. The 2 bedrooms on the main level provide a queen bed and the master bedroom a private bath. The large deck has a gas BBQ and hot tub. Relax in the hot tub while dinner is grilling under Sunriver's year round sunshine.

Summary: We were in town for a baseball tournament. This house was just perfect for our family. Fixtures were older, but everything worked great. Very close to the park and SHARC. The pool table was a huge hit with the teen/pre-teens. We ended up being a bit needy (sorry!!), and the host was fantastic!

Summary: If you have not explored Sunriver, Oregon, you ought to put it on your list. This property is perfectly located in Sunriver for easy access to shopping, dining, bike rentals, coffee, wine/beer, golfing, pools, spa, parks, tennis and pickleball courts....you name it, its here.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at East Butte 22. A couple of minor little problems upon check in, but they were fixed very fast. Our Wifi router was not working, the service tech came out Saturday night, when we checked in, to replace it. One sink was not draining in the bathroom, fixed the next morning. I would say that if you are not up at the crack of dawn, don't sleep in the upstairs loft area, it is bright in the morning, but there are two other rooms downstairs to choose from. An upgrade on frying/saute pans would be nice, there are some really old Teflon ones that can't be safe to use anymore, luckily we had some camping pans with us.Other than that, it was lovely! Loved the pool table and hot tub. The outdoor deck was great!

Summary: The property and house are well situated and quiet. Close to everything in Sunriver, we enjoyed biking, the SHARC, and nice walks. The beds are comfortable, but at least one was very squeaky. As other reviews have mentioned, the kitchen is pretty outdated, but totally functional. The deck and outdoor setup is very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.
