Acadia House is a bright and airy, family and pet-friendly 3 bedroom house tucked away among the trees on 5 acres in Downeast Maine near Acadia National Park.
The house is conveniently located near US 1 for easy access to Ellsworth (30 minutes), the Schoodic section of Acadia (20 minutes), Winter Harbor and the Bar Harbor Ferry (10 minutes), and the Bar Harbor/ Main Section of Acadia (45 minutes) and Bangor (1 hour).
Things we love about the house:
We love that the house is both private and easy to reach, just off US 1.
We've loved exploring the woods, local nature preserves, and the less-visited parts of Acadia National Park.
We love to walk down to Jones Cove and watch the sunset
Several amazing take-out and sit-down restaurants are all located within 10-15 minutes of the house.
