Positive: Breakfast was lovely but very busy so had to wait for a table one morning. The dinner buffet was really very good but with the price tag. The pool was a lovely setting but it was small compared to the size of Cloud 7 - it also didn't have a very international feel for guests and the standards of dress.

Negative: The rooms are tiny which was a surprise. The set up is like a compound and whilst the surroundings are maintained well, it doesn't feel as luxury as the photos show. We had requested several times to be allocated units near our friends who we were travelling with, and yet it still didn't happen. Then we were allocated two units that weren't next to each other. Staff attempted to rectify but this was

Positive: the whole experience is excellent from the minute we checked in at the reception. they are very hospitable and professional . I Also love the outdoors area by the pool and the whole building design and landscape

Negative: the wall insulation between rooms is a bit weak you can hear the moving of furniture during. night time. Also, the smoke detecter flashing light inside the bedroom ceiling is very annoying to the eyes
