Summary: This locally owned stay was amazing. The rooms are simple and clean, breakfast was made fresh as soon as you walk in the door, and the STAFF! All the staff are incredibly kind and caring individuals. I would easily choose to come back here over any of the big hotels.

Summary: The front desk person was very friendly upon our arrival. He upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost. The room had just been renovated and it was very modern and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and hot out of the kitchen. That was greatly appreciated.

Summary: I wish i could give the front desk personal 10*. They are amazing!!!! We all got the newly renovated rooms...the rooms are very spacious & very clean! Not one complaint or negative thot from us!!

Summary: Everyone that we spoke to was very polite and friendly. They were all very personable and felt more like friends or family you hadnt seen in a while. We usually like to keep to ourselves and they were very respectful of that but were always there when we needed something. Great parking. Designated smoking areas. And they were doing construction throughout our stay and it was like they werent even there. Not bothersome at all. Very clean and recently renovated rooms. Overall very nice.

Summary: I'll start by saying I don't usually write reviews but this one deserves it. We were in a hotel/apartment building and the atmosphere was not comfortable. We arrived at midnight on a work trip. Upon entry to the room we had an immediate problem with no lighting, once we discovered the light was a malfunctioning sensor light we took the bulb out. Why there is a sensor light inside is odd. Then at 3am there was a constant banging noise for 2 hours 3-5am like someone was hitting a wall or door. 9am rolled around very quickly to drills and saws in the room directly beside us. I guess it was time to get up after 3.5 hours of sleep. Water pressure was terrible and we had dirty feet from the floor. Also the A/C unit had a dirty screen that I cleaned in the shower. Cloud 9 was more like Cell Block 9
