Summary: The property was in a good neighborhood, quiet. The inside was okay. The beds in the bedrooms were very low to the floor. They reminded me of nursing homes who put mattresses on floors so residents don't get hurt if they fall out of bed. These beds might be okay for young people., but for 60 plus people they were extremely had to get in and out of. Ending up only spending part of the night in them.

Summary: This is my second review for this listing. If you read my April review, it was filled with positives and compliments. Sadly, our second stay here was a total 180. My husband arrived ahead of me (we took two cars) and greeted me at the door shaking his head. The place was not at all clean: dirty dishes in the dishwasher, sticky counters, unvaccummed areas, and wrinkled bedding which suggested the beds did not have fresh, clean sheets. Dirty towels were in the washing machine with no laundry detergent in sight. I promptly let the host know via text and pictures, and to his credit, he immediately called me. We spoke for about a minute or two and he apologized, said this was unacceptable, and explained that he had a new cleaner. I am a reasonable person. I told him that I understand that things like this can happen. That is where our communication ended. I reached out to him later to say I was going to the store to get detergent (to rewash all the towels and sheets) and I'd be glad to pick up some cleaning supplies to help him out...and what else could I do.? No response. Pretty rude in my book - I was only trying to help him because I figured he had another guest rolling in after we left on Sunday. I messaged him via VRBO, as well as texting directly to him. He never offered to comp the fee I paid for housecleaning which seemed like a no brainer. A relative stopped by to get something from the garage and I expressed to her how disappointed I was that the owner had not reached out to me to discuss adjusting my bill or to check back in with me. She contacted him right in front of me and he said - yes, I'll do that. But no follow up or adjustment was made. I'll now have to contact VRBO to get some of my money back. Communication and mutual courtesy go a long way. While I was in no way happy about walking into unclean conditions and having to start my stay by cleaning this home, I do not appreciate being ignored by the owner. Had I been the owner, I would have really tried to right the situation. The owner unnecessarily made a bad situation so much worse. Would have given this place another try since our first experience was so good...and would have left a much less negative review...but the lack of communication was so blatant and unacceptable that I felt it warranted this unfavorable review. On a side note, I washed/folded all of the towels before we left, and left the place much better than we found it just to be considerate. Zero thanks.

Summary: The home is decorated beautifully and made our stay feel like being home. Our family of 4 fit perfectly without feeling overcrowded. There are all the basic amenities needed and even coffee pods supplied for the Keurig! Plenty of towels, blankets and comfy pillows. The movie room has very comfortable leather recliners that provide a perfect experience! Central air was very efficient & easy to adjust and the neighborhood couldn't be better. Super quiet street with a cute fenced in backyard too! We spent long days out of the house but found it to be peaceful to come back and rest up. Super close to entrances to the valley as well as the grocery store and some restaurants/shops. Overall we definitely recommend for your Ohio trip.

Summary: This house was a great place to stay with my kids, theater room and pac man we’re a hit! Very clean! Did have to be a pest about getting a check in code as nothing was provided to me until I called at 3 o’clock the day of check in. Other than that we loved the place!

Summary: This is an amazing property in a great, quiet neighborhood. It’s close to stores and restaurants and the amenities are top notch. The theater room itself is a huge selling point with pre-loaded apps to watch shows and movies. Everything was clean, modern and homey. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Summary: Very pleased with our stay here! Incredibly clean, nice decor! Appreciated how the owner obviously took the time and care to provide some essentials one may need in both the kitchen and bathroom. Fenced in yard was perfect for my husband's service dog. Quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. Easy, plentiful parking. Owner was responsive to our inquiries and arrival/entrance was super easy. Pac man machine was a real bonus as was the theater room! Living room couch is comfy and there was a very large big screen in there in addition to the theater room tv. Conveniently located just a few minutes from Baldwin Wallace University, where out daughter just started graduate school. We will definitely return to this cozy home to visit her now and again! If I had one suggestion...it would be a petty one: Since the refrigerator/freezer does not make ice, I'd suggest some old school ice cube trays - especially with summer approaching. Just a small minor detail! Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this reasonably priced, comfortable and convenient home!

Summary: This house was recently renovated with a stylish, modern feel. The place is spotless with new appliances and a very workable kitchen. Lots of nice touches made it warm and comfortable for a family stay - Lots of cozy pillows and quilts, cookies, a Kurig, huge TVs, even a full sized Packman arcade game.
