Summary: I liked that it is so close to the beach area and overall it was quiet and not crowded. I did not like that the room was not prepared for occupancy. There were no toiletries and basic things. The air conditioner was not working, it got fixed after a few days, tv, telephone were not in working order, fridge was not cooling nicely. The chamber ladies were warm, helpful and friendly.

Summary: Room was very moldy and not clean. After 2 tries got another room which was not moldy. The toilet was an issue, feces from other rooms were coming back in our toilet. Food and pool were okay, the beach is nearby.

Summary: The good thing about the property is food it have different options for food and the bad thing is it doesn’t have the music like disco , nor any other entertainment programs which is quiet sad

Summary: The place was amazing, great location, great staff very friendly. I would definitely go back. Although I’d recommend renovating your rooms kind of old.

Summary: The best experience of being in a resort. The We booked for three nights then we end up keep extending for 10 more nights. It is totally worth it. The warmth welcome and the great service. We loved all the activities especially Yoga, evening programs. It is really safe during this pandemic, loved the photography (Don't miss that). Everyone was super lovely 😊 , we made friends with Nasrin, the active girl inthe compound. Ali the DJ played our favorite song. The front desk was friendly and professional.

Summary: This beach hotel had all the facilities of a 5* hotel. Rooms were modern,and cleaned daily. The spa and indoor pool are an experience not to miss. Outdoors , the pool was large enough so that it was not overcrowded at peak times . We booked all inclusive, and were not let down with the availability of food throughout the day, be it at the restaurant , outdoor snack bar or the lobby bar. Staff were helpful for our needs. overall a n enjoyable holiday.

Summary: Overall very good. All inclusive offer was very good. Kids just loved it. Hotel staff were receptive and helpful. However both duty managers were disappointedly discourteous and sometimes lacked training in hospitality.

Summary: Nice hotel, its close to the beach. Nice rooms but they should work on the attitude of the housekeepers, they were very rude when we asked for towels because they already changed them in the morning, although our kids were swimming and needed to take a shower again.
