Summary: They charged me a fee of 2,500 pesos for the third person in the room and when I made the reservation the room stated that it was for 4 people. The room wasn’t in good repair , a piece of the window was misssing and the sun light came in early waking us up ! Te room was full of mosquitos and other insects that bit us all night long

Summary: This property is magical. It offers a serene, tranquil, and beautiful environment to relax. The beach is amazing. The entire property is peaceful, charming, and welcoming. The staff is professional and incredibly attentive. It is truly wonderful and just what we needed after a week vacationing in Merida. Kudos to the staff for making this such an incredible experience.
