Positive: Location was good. Accommodation was sufficient, had almost everything we needed. Parking was also available next to our stay.
Negative: You have to pay extra for the towels and bed sheets! And they never change it. Seriously?!?! There was no food available for the most of the day, since they have the dumbest working hours of site restaurants! Totally unacceptable. When you enter you get a flyer saying 30% discount if you extend your stay. Well guess what? That is a scam! We stayed 1 day extra, no discount. It would've been 3 days tho.

Positive: - The pool area was excellent. - The staff were all friendly and helpful. - The entertainment for young and old was very good. - The restaurant was very good. - The bed sheets were crispy clean.
Negative: The lodge we stayed in was obviously one of the oldest. The basin of the shower and waste water pipe actually cracked, meaning we had to get a new one (the staff were here super quick at solving the problem). Unfortunately the lodge hasn't been cleaned everywhere properly. The furniture was cheap and basic. Some of the plates and cups were dirty. You have to pay for hand towels. There was no mention of this in the property description in booking.com.
Summary: Lovely resort, lovely staff, unfortunately the lodge we were in was old.

Positive: The animation people and the staff in the bars and restaurants were really kind. 🙂
Negative: The lodge was very dirty, the floor wasn't even clean.The 2 single beds broken, the two inside stools broken, the inside table unsable (broken). The steps from the lodge to the garden....broken! The village was nice and confortable,but can't say the same about the accomodation.

Positive: This place combines Camping, family resort, and sand beach in one spot, and it is a wonderful site. The swimming pool for kids is awesome. Their staff also entertain the crowd with passion. Free parking inside the facility. Highly recommended for family vacation.
Negative: The breakfast at the restaurant was good, but lacks a bit on variety.

Positive: The beach, marketplace, restaurant, and pools are very close by.
Negative: Unfriendly staff, sometimes arrogant. Grass has spikes in it it is not possible to walk barefoot. Wifi did not work. The mobile network was also overwhelmed because it did not work either. The menu in the restaurant is poor.
