Only a short stroll to the lake's edge, less than 5 minutes to The Remarkables ski field access road and 15 minutes to the centre of Queenstown. Ideally suited for family reunions, corporate getaways or as a venue for small events. Beautifully furnished, this five bedroom, four and a half bathroom luxury home definitely has the 'wow' factor you've been looking for. You will feel instantly relaxed and and on holiday the moment you step through the door and enter its grand foyer.
The layout is as follows:
Ground floor - includes a large entry foyer with high ceilings, an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, two large bedrooms that share one ensuite bathroom (Jack & Jill style), a large but cosy lounge area with an open fire plus a separate games room at the opposite end of the dwelling. Beautifully furnished throughout.
Upper Level 1 - staircase leads up to two bedrooms situated side by side each with their own ensuite bathrooms (one has a spa bath). Both bedrooms lead to a shared deck and have magnificent views out towards the mountains and Lake Wakatipu. One has a Queen bed and the other a King bed.
Upper Level 2 - a separate private staircase leads to the master bedroom with a Super King bed and its own ensuite bathroom complete with a walk in tiled shower, bath tub and twin hand basins. This room also includes a private deck and a wall mounted television and boasts magnificent views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
