Positive: Very good and flexible and polite stuff: helped me a lot with check in/out. I read bad reviews before but in fact everything was ok. Good and comfortable bed, a lot of different kitchen utensils, cups, plates, microwave oven, toilet paper, everything for cleaning, fans, iron, balcony with furniture, towels, blackout curtains, super clean apartment. 4 different supermarkets nearby and local cafes, cheap fruit. Really nice design. A swimming pool with jacuzzi, drinking water just outside the building (1 batt 1 litre), washing machine 30 bat. I really recommend this apartment if you are ready to buy local sim-card. Also it is safe for a single woman.
Negative: 1. Really very synthetic bed linen. May be the owner will change it after reviews here. Because people mentioned about it. Not good in hot weather. 2. No WiFi)) but this is a problem of Condo but not only of this apartment. I was with local sim-card so it wasn't important to me.. But if you need WiFi just know that it's impossible) I talked to people who live in Condominium they told that they have their own router inside the apartment because a common router is extremely bad)

Positive: Location was good for me. I only stayed there to sleep. Visiting family close by. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Good size. Quiet. Good air conditioning.
Negative: The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable and the bedding nylon which is not good when you are not a local. I used a cotton tshirt as a pillow case.
Summary: Overall I would recommend as the location is good, there’s a pool, but just be aware if you are used to a more comfortab
